Group Messages acorss PC, Mobile, TV (2017)

Before, Xbox Messaging only supported 1:1 communication. High value gamers engage with only 1.3 messages per day. In order to increase engagement by providing easier and quicker communication, I designed group messaging and integrated unique Xbox.
